Set small targets for the year ahead Dont try and do too much too soon. You'll only see results, if you get into action 200%. Changing the way you eat or exercise for a few weeks may help short term, but long term you need to carry on. Keeping those good habits for the future too. Yo-Yo diets and exercise regime's really dont work. You need to exercise more often and eat less food. If you can follow those simple rlrules your on to a winner.
